I DON'T KNOW WHAT THERAPY WILL BE BEST FOR ME. CAN YOU EXPLAIN?

Each case is unique but I usually recommend Reiki for physical pain or if you're not feeling well and not sure where it's coming from. When the mental fog is cleared out, we naturally regain the energy back. If you know the problems or goals you'd like to heal or achieve, hypnotherapy is recommended to see a result. DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Reiki and hypnotherapy are not covered by insurance, but many insurance companies will reimburse expenses paid for smoking cessation hypnotherapy. Please check your coverage with your insurance company and I can issue a receipt that you can submit to your insurance. As for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), when you have a Letter of Medical Necessity prescribed by a physician as therapy to treat a medical condition, expenses paid for reiki and hypnotherapy are eligible for reimbursement with these accounts.

 

DOES ONLINE SESSION WORK?

Yes absolutely. I recommend you'll be in a comfortable and quiet place with a headphone or ear pods that have a microphone. I've offered online sessions for many of my clients who live abroad with no issues as long as they have a good internet connection. Some of them had an in-person session with me in the past and continued sessions online. An appointment is based on Pacific Standard Time but contact me if you'd like to request a session outside of the office hours.
